P3D11 Ham and I are no longer on speaking terms!!!!!

WTH..so yesterday I tried Ham again(sugar free of course) DROWNED myself in water , after last times ham incident (P3D4) +1.6 pounds OUCH!!!!

Well todays gain is +1.2 WTH!?!?!?!?!??!!??!?! I guess me and ham dont get along. What does that mean for christmas? and eggs benedict?

Well here is today's menu. Still going with the nuts. Today 1oz of almonds. BUT I WANT THAT 1lb GONE!!!!!

May 29 163.2 (+1) (1.2 below LDW) TOTAL CAL: 1,718 (C/102;F/127;P/109;S/50)
Days 11(nuts):

B: Mug Muffin, 2c coffee,
S: Apple Baked .5 oz almonds
L:4oz sirloin fajitas sautéed w/onions, ½ red ½ green pepper, 4 mushrooms ,2 tbsp grn salsa, 1tbsp olive oil ½ avocad.
D: 7oz Salmon side salad, salad w/dressing
D: .5oz almonds, 1 Nectarine

    I Just am imaginine that the ham is so full of nitrates and salt cured there i no way to get around it....to serve it I usually boil the tar out of it during holidays...cured meats are usually a weight gainer I would imagine...I say this being a huge hot dog fan myself....LOL....

    you are right lia...it is full of salts and nitrates. OOOOO i love hot dogs...they do make some all natural ones without the nitrates. maybe i will try in P4. thanks for the info.
