P3D13...wow tooooo many calories yesterday?

I ate a lot of turkey yesterday...with the skin. MMMM was soooo yummy. Cost me a gain of 1.4 lbs.

This is the most my weight has jumped around in the past 2 weeks. luckily i can fix it..(not steak day, cuz its below 2 lbs) The reason is because i found my SWEET SPOT with my weight and calories. about 1800 to 1850 to maintain. anything below that..i lose, anything above that i will gain. The proof? ok i will only consume 1701 today.. we will see what my weight says tomorrow.

My menu is below. ALMOND BUTTER. mmmmmm

L: : 5 oz chicken 2 c. salad ¼ avocado, 7 sl cucumber,1/2 celery, 2 tbspsunflower seeds 2 tbsp Marie's ChunkyBlue Cheese , 1 hardboiled eggs,

D: 4oz sirloin fajitassautéed w/onions, ½ red ½ green pepper, 4 mushrooms ,2 tbsp grn salsa, 1tbspolive oil
S: Peach, 4 cocoa crack
