  1. P3 D8 RE introducing PORK

    Well today i was sooo surprised to step on the scale and discover another loss. .8 loss after having discovered the minute muffin and cocoa crack yesterday.

    Today I am pushing the limits with FATS and CALORIES. wanted to up my protein...but I cant do it without uping fats too. I heard from some of the experts that you really need to push your caloric limit to set hypothalamus at highest point possible. So lots of fat today and reintroducing pork. Will see how that goes...last ...

  2. P3D7 The discovery of Cocoa Crack

    Well another drop today. I am very happy...but question should I be dropping?

    I am quite surprised...considering what I ate yesterday...dark meat chicken with skin...yes SKIN. I also tried olives...mmmmmmm.

    Well here is todays menu.

  3. P3D6 Chicken drumsticks w/ skin

    A loss of .8 today thank God after yesterdays gain. Clearly its the pork or at least the SALT in pork. will bring it back in a few days. not such lean meats ...we'll see.

  4. P3D5..OOOOUUUUCH!!!!!!!!! ! 1.4 gain. Pork No Es Bueno

    Apparently yesterdays meal with Bacon and ham didnt agree with me!!! Big gain today!!!!

    So I will retry again in a few days. Damn Pork. Almost did a steak day today...but decided against. need .1lbs more and i would have.

    Todays "new" try will be Salmon. sticking with new meats.

  5. P2D3 Bring on the Bacon...yikes!!!

    So far so good. No loss No Gain. Holding steady.

    Today I want to try bacon. Found the low sodium sugar free bacon at Fry's.

  6. P3D2 Sticking with eggs

    Loss .4 after yesterdays food, surprising yes. considering i couldnt eat a single sliver of celery in P2 without gaining.

    My plan is to add one new thing and stick with it for 2 days see how i do. I didnt eat everything yesterday cause i was scared of gain, not cause i couldnt finish it. I am a big eater!!!!! That scares me.

  8. P2...3rd day of VLCD

    So tomorrow I am starting P3 and I am super nervous. It has been 74....74 days of P2. Losses are okay, but mentally i just cant do it anymore. My plan was 90 days...but seems there is a second round in store for me.

    Been planning my menu...But Not much guidance from my Dr.

    ONE super annoying thing is ...He says NO NO NO Cheese or Dairy. What is he kidding? I was so looking forward to cheese. Honestly he hasnt been much help...I found the most help from Wasa4 and ...
