A Delightful Lunch and Why I am Going Paleo

While reading my Kindle copy of The Paleo Recipe Cookbook: 101 All Natural Gluten-Free Meals and Desserts (by Michelle Tracy), I came across a recipe for Paleo Taquitos.

There was no need to alter the recipe in any form! Instead of tortillas the recipe calls for steamed cabbage leaves. Out of the 3.5 oz of ground beef, I got 4 taquitos! Add a bit of salsa and viola, wonderful lunch.

It's tasty recipes like this that turned me on to the Paleo diet (caveman diet). This diet encourages eating lots of plants and lots of animals! Just like HCG, it avoids (and recommends to stay away from completely) grains, sugars and starches (these are my personal demons, and I have 120 more pounds to lose to prove it!).

If you haven't looked into what you are going to eat after HCG, might I suggest that you research the Paleo Diet.
