Hump Daaaaay!

Woke up another .7 down. I was kinda shocked to see that, because I feel really bloated. I'll take it!

I did a quick measurement of my hips, thighs, waist for fun... I've already lost more inches. Since MONDAY. That doesn't even seem possible. I see losing inches quickly around my middle, that shrinks down fairly quickly with a low carb diet. But my thighs? My hips? Impressed!!!!!!!!!!

Goal for today is to yet again, try and eat early and move around a little afterward. Ate late again last night. I have some mini steaks defrosting for this evening, and chicken for lunch. Probably spinach again for both.... cause that's about all I really enjoy. Good thing I'm taking a good multi hahaha.
