LCD day 3

After two days on the LCD with the first day being a slight bust due to my accidental non-thinking chocolate consumption, I'm down about 2.5lbs. Not as much, honestly, as I'd anticipated. But it's moving in the right direction so I'm OK with that.
Yesterday I ate;
Chicken fajitas (chicken, onion and bell pepper)
Apple w/ Cinnamon
For a snack I had a handful of frozen blueberries/blackberries/raspberries (maybe 6)

Probably 1/4 cup frozen berries again
Add in ACV and my multi, plus I take 2000mg of fish oil to help with muscle soreness. Fat is not on protocol..... but I really don't care. Well, that day as a whole wasn't totally on protocol lol. I was at about 650 calories.
Today, my Jay Robb egg white protein shake will arrive. My plan with those bad boys is to use as my evening protein after a workout, or in the morning if I'm hungry. I haven't been hungry in the morning really, so we'll see if it's needed. I don't plan to use them every day, just after a good workout or if I don't have time or energy to make food.
I think I need to cut back on fruit just as a general rule. I bought some grapefruits yesterday, I may or may not dive into those. I think I'm going to cut down to .5 an apple and maybe 4-5 frozen berries at night as a treat. But I'm going to bet the JR shakes will be sweet and will curb that craving. I think I also shouldn't be mixing veggies so freely. Not three, anyways.
I think I'm going to tighten up the ropes today and see how that treats me :-)
