After a while you might be able to add some fruit, but the first week or so I would not eat any. Avoid foods with hidden sugar or starch, but enjoy meats with natural fat. If you experience a sudden large gain it is likely a sensitivity to something. That's the reason to start slow when adding new foods so you will know what caused the reaction. Hope this helps some.
