  1. When the weekend is a little too rough . . .

    I have no idea where I am, LOL . Everything is pretty successful, never been over 2lbs above LDW, and consistently am set in the 155-158range. I'm not sure if it's TOM or that I didn't eat enough protein this weekend (realllllllly enjoyed myself), but I'm not feeling healthy today. I had a pretty hectic last two weeks, and had meant to be blogging through P3 this time, but sadly life just took over! And then a wake up call, the scale went to 159 this morning, outside of my ...

  2. Same today as yesterday

    I'm 2.4 below LDW, and the same weight today as I was yesterday. I really didn't eat very differently, probably ate more almonds than I did the day before, but that's okay. If this is where I stabilize I will be very very very very happy!! . Last round I stabilized about 1.4 above ldw, so it's always nice to be under!

    Today I am wearing a pair of khaki pants I bought from Victoria's Secret about three years ago. They look fantastic!! I haven't worn Khaki in so ...

  3. Having a good day, stomach stretching at the beginning of P3

    Woke up to a .2-.6loss. P3 is so funny because the weight fluctuates SO much that a .6loss in the morning can be a 1lb gain later in the day. It makes me happy to know that I ended my P2 at the high end of the 155-158 range that my body apparently wants to be at so I can add things back in without going too high above LDW.

    I am hesitant to write what I ate, but if I don't write it I can't track it - I think that was a downfall of my last P3/P4... So I will preface ...

  4. First day of P3

    I woke up this morning to a 2.2lb loss. No, I didn't eat Simeon's Protocol, not even close, but I did have mostly protein which was nice and the perfect ending to P2. Still in that 155-158lb range, which seriously is cracking me up. I am going to return to my P8 probiotics, but I think I'm going to tone it down at first and see if I only need like three capsules a day, one for each meal. Still going to continue the Mag Citrate for a while, but I also want to see if I can ween ...

  5. Last day :)

    Starting VLCD23

    This morning I am taking my last dose of drops!!!! I am so stinking excited! I woke up this morning to no loss, my body is so happy in this 155-158 range that it is almost comical. I had a bit of mac and cheese last night, so yeah there could have been a loss but I'm just not worried about it. I just have to say again how much I love the 24hrs instead of 72hrs with Rx . It should be a pretty easy day, lots of work and homework to do, and tomorrow I'm going to get ...

  6. Almost done with P2!

    Starting VLCD 22

    So the last few days I've been tossing around the same 3lbs or so. Technically, I can end P2 tomorrow morning, which I am considering, but I had originally wanted to wait until Thursday to end. One of the things that I love about homeopathic is that it's only 24hrs to do VLCD, but it honestly just doesn't fit with my school schedule to be hungry in the evening Wednesday, so I either have to end tomorrow morning or Thursday morning.

    This morning I woke up to a ? loss. It was like a 1.4lb, but I'm not completely sure to be honest. All I remember is the weight was somewhere around 155.8. It instantly gave me the sense of false hope that I could actually make goal this round, LOL. Which is kind of funny because last night, in total acceptance that I wasn't going to hit my goal of being under 150, I tried the shiritake (sp?) noodles I had in my refrigerator.     Woke up this morning to a .6loss, which was okay. I had dedicated myself to another week but I can cut it short in 5 more days. So far the loss (not including loading weight) is about 10lbs, 15-16 if you include it. So it wasn't stellar, but that isn't anyone else's fault but my own by losing those 4 days through way too much heavy lifting and a cheat.

  9. Had a really bad few days. . . .

    This morning I was down .8. That seems like a great loss, but really I'm just .2 down from where I was last Friday. At work my computer completely crashed and burned Thursday at 3pm, and Friday at 8am it was declared dead and unsaveable (fyi: I normally do my blogging before I start work in the morning). Because of the size of programs that I run for drafting we had to special order and put together a new computer, which will be another few days until it gets to me. ...

  10. I LOVE SLEEP, and hitting the 150's

    I switched beds with hubby last night and ACTUALLY GOT SLEEP!!!! I was so happy when I woke up this morning, I felt skinnier and my muscles weren't tense, oh it was like heaven! So after doing the dew, I got on the scale and. . . .I had a 1.4lb loss! I am officially in the 150's at 159.2, just 9.2lbs from my goal of no longer being considered "overweight". I have 2weeks left on this short round, and I'm starting to think I might actually hit that goal!! ...
