Hi guys I'm back for another round and this time I got a buddy with me,my own boyfriend! You got it he's take this change with me and that's a big help cause now I don't have to watch him eat in front of me and now he can understand where I'm coming from. But anyway this is my second round first time I lost 17.4 in 23 days stayed in P3 for 21 days and I'm on VLCD 4 and I'm at 205.2 I gained 4.3 from a small load but have losed it. So good luck to everyone and happy losing.....
