  1. The last 20ish pounds

    I feel almost like its worse to be so close to my goal. Ive been having more cheat days and I'm less motivated. I keep thinking... oh well, I'll get it off soon enough. Logically, I should want to just get it off and then I can progress to the next stages and then cheats won't affect me as much.

    I feel like I'm holding myself back from my own goal. Has anyone else felt like this?

    lol, so it looks like i wasn't the only only to give in yesterday. Started TOM yesterday and I was ravenous. I was doing okay all day, except for the whole dill pickle I ate (salt craving). But then once my hubby got home from work he wanted to run to the mall and get some new work boots. By the time we got home it was 8pm and i hadn't eaten dinner. I had made tacos for them (hubby and cub) earlier but my husband decided to wait til we got back to eat. So when we got back and i smelled the yumminess ...
  3. Zucchini Chips

    1 cup of sliced zucchini (1/8 inch thick)
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    sprinkle of salt

    Put all in bag and shake ingredients to make sure the zucchini is evenly coated. Then lay on baking sheet with wax paper. 475 degrees for 10 minutes.

    I know some don't eat zucchini on phase 2 but I do on occasion, and this is a yummy salty treat.

  5. Thoughts

    So, I realized today that I am 29 pounds from have lost 100 lbs. over the past 3 years (on and off). I started out at 238 and got down to 208 using exercising alone, without food changes. At 208 in November of 2010 I started my first round. I am on my second round now which started at 177 and I am now at 167. Wow.

    Dessert Recipe I recently found:

    Meringue cookies
    3 egg whites
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    pinch of salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract ...
  6. Hmmm

    So i completely failed on my past attempt at r2p2. I quit the diet for a few weeks and gained most of the weight back. In my defense, I did hyper extend my elbow and possible fractured it so I was in a full arm splint most of that time. (I'm a major klutz and fell while playing chase with my 5 year in flip flops... duh ta duh) So I started back last weekend. Losses have been steady but have decided not to tally total weight loss. I am going to do it every 7 days. I will also be doing measurements ...
  7. Where to buy sublingual hcg drops on-line?

    So I am on phase 2 of round 2 and I think they changed the dosage of hcg in the brand I'm using from the previous time I was on phase 2 because I am always so hungry. I want to get a different brand and was hoping to get someone opinion on a good web-site. I bought my current drops over the counter at the local gnc.

    Feeling better today. No headache. Not too hungry. Yay!

    What I ate:
    B: Coffee and apple
    L: Tuna mix with 1 cup of lettuce
    Sn: Strawberries
    D: Chicken Soup with a grissini stick

    Chicken Soup- Chicken, 1/2 celery, 1 cup chopped broccoli, 1 cup veg. broth, 2 cups water, pepper and italian seasoning to taste. Grill chicken then cut up. Mix everything and let boil until broccoli is tender.

    So yesterday was a bad day. After dinner (since I ate at 4 pm with my husband because he's on nights this week) I was hungry even though I already ate my days food. I didn't eat too much more (an apple and a Popsicle) but the Popsicle was a no no so of coarse I gained .2 this morning. Still not too bad. So today the scale said 165.0. I've lost 13.2 post load so far so I am still happy with progress.
