down 4.6 pounds in 5 days need some receipes please

Hello I am down 4.6 in 5 days but has been horrible so very hungry!!! Has anyone tryed NO SALT it comes in a blue containter? will it mess up the diet? I need some ideas for my strict food diet, it is getting old already!!!! HELP

    hve you had problems with your legs hurting? mine are killing me, I read somewhere that people took magnesium?? What do you think?

    I did have some trouble with it in the beginning. I started taking potassium, B-12, and I already took a calcium/vitamin D supplement. I also read on here that some people take a vitamin to help prevent hair loss. I found a hair, nails, and skin formula vitamin at Dollar General that doesn't have any starch or sugar added and looks like it matches the biotin requirement that I read about. I usually take the vitamins with lunch. At the very least, I suggest the potassium for the leg pain and the B-12 for energy.

    I called the doc that gave me the hcg and he told me to take magnesium and asked about my salt intake and I have not had any salt at all ao I am so excited I get to have some sea salt!!!!! yea!!!! doesnt take much to make me happy!!!!!
