I do not think it matters what time you take the second dose. It all depends on what's best for you and your body.

I take drops, homeopathic drops, and I take them 4 times a day. My schedule is 8:30 a.m, 6 drops; 12-12:30 p.m., 6 drops; 5-6:00 p.m., 6 drops, and 10-10:30, 6 drops. You have to go with your body, and what works for u, like Sleclerc said.

today is just my vlcd day 2 but I've been trying to take 5 drops, two seperate times in the morning and two times in the evening but one day I did 10 or 11 drops before bed and did fine with that also I'm sure since I am just starting I will have to play around with my schedule and dose like the other ladies have said I think it is really about finding what works best for your schedule and your body.
