    Came home from camping and all was well. Yesterday morning, I was the exact same weight as I was last Thursday before I left for my trip. Today I am up a pound - however, I did my WI 2 hours earlier than normal as I'll be getting up really early all week. Might be a factor, dunno. I did eat a lot of pork rinds yesterday - had serious "crunch" cravings, so the sodium probably kicked my ***. Ugh. ...

    (Sigh) I am half way through this round of P2 and am only down 3.8 pounds. I didn't measure and I wish I had, as I"m pretty sure I have lost some inches as my clothes feel a bit different. Oh well, next time. Regardless, we leave today to go camping and I'm READY. I'm READY to get the heck outta Dodge.     I got a new scale, so my WI might be a little off. This new scale measures a WHOLE LOTTA things, not just weight and it bluetooth's to my phone and syncs with my Fitbit and CarbManager app. Kinda cool!

    Week 2 stall has arrived. Up and down the same 0.4. I am thinking of getting a better scale, one that measures more than just pounds. I researched and was Surprised how cheap they are. You can get a decent Bluetooth Body analysis scale for like 30 bucks. The one I picked is compatible with my Fitbit app. I think Iíll pull the trigger on that today.     Massively busy day yesterday - Worked all morning, had to take both my Boxer girls to the vet, which I usually don't do alone as they are a handful when they are together. Just so much energy! They did great, though, and the fill-in vet was impressed with their manners. Got them chipped, so we are all ready for vacay.     I couldn't wait til tomorrow to get on the scale. My lowest WI so far was Saturday at 214. Then I think my highest on Monday morning was like 216.8 - now I'm back down to 215. Soooooooo slooooooooooooooooow.

    Not much to report today. I did not get on the scale and don't intend to do so until Saturday. I had a late night and a crazy early morning and another really early morning tomorrow too - and that usually translates to an inaccurate scale reading, which can mess with my motivation..... So, I'm just not gonna worry about it until Saturday.

    Hi there! Down another pound since yesterday. Still not down to 214 my lowest point on Saturday, but steady movement in that direction makes me happy. I am still reading and re-reading the HCG 2.0 protocol, and tweaked my macros in CarbManager yesterday to reflect further information based on my BMR. My stats were all within those parameters yesterday and the scale moved. Could be a coincidence, but ...

    Happy Tuesday! Thankfully, the scale did move down for me this morning, even if only a little bit. I ate well yesterday, right on track with my goals according to the HCG 2.0. I felt a little stuffed last night before bed, was a bit worried I'd have some heartburn..... But that doesn't seem to happen when I eat a protein-focused way instead of carb-focused.

    First - Idk why I type my title in all caps but it shows up in lowercase letters? Ugh, weird little things like that are annoying.

    My party intake of carbs caught up with me this morning on the scale. It is what it is and I'm pushing on through.
