Week 2 stall has arrived. Up and down the same 0.4. I am thinking of getting a better scale, one that measures more than just pounds. I researched and was Surprised how cheap they are. You can get a decent Bluetooth Body analysis scale for like 30 bucks. The one I picked is compatible with my Fitbit app. I think I’ll pull the trigger on that today. My weekend was good food wise and exercise wise though it wasn’t sustained exercise. Just a lot of up and down stairs, cleaning, packing and unpacking the jeep, a lot of lifting. We are getting ready for camping this week.
