I couldn't wait til tomorrow to get on the scale. My lowest WI so far was Saturday at 214. Then I think my highest on Monday morning was like 216.8 - now I'm back down to 215. Soooooooo slooooooooooooooooow.

It is what it is. I know my metabolism is "broken" and that this menopause thing is kicking my ***. My nutritionist said that during menopause, a small "cheat" of 10 calories could translate to a small gain. I didn't believe her. I mean, c'mon - 10 calories? That's like a lifesaver............ or a gummy bear. I believe her now. Just planning to keep plugging along, though. Honestly? I'd be happy to get into ONEderland by even the tiniest bit this round. Then more of my clothes would fit me for vacation next month. Oh lord - 4 weeks til vacation......

So I did really REALLY well on the 2.0 protocol yesterday. Gonna endeavor to make today that great too. Lots of activity in my schedule today so actually, eating may be an issue. I may have to just have a shake for brunch, no time to eat...... Peace out, peeps!
