OK, I'm ready to tackle the last 9 pounds.

Sitting here in my recliner tonight I started thinking that I have a case of the 'I can't's. Why is it so easy for humans to get derailed, demotivated and negative? Why is it easier to give up then push thru and succeed? I see this type of behavior everyday from my fellow humans. I can't go to school, I can't find my shoes, my homework is too hard, I'm too tired to do the dishes, I'll fold that load of laundry tomorrow - it's too late to do it now... The list goes on and on.

So from now on, once a day, when I find myself getting negative, pushing off a task I don't want to do or saying I can't, I'm gonna get up and do just that thing regardless of what it is. Yes I can finish off my last 9 pounds without giving up. I can do this, I will do this and I will perservere....
