So I broke down and picked up the Melba and had two pieces, I didn't know this was a big no no till I researched it. Ive also been having cottage cheese and strawberries for dinner. Im down again today .07 ounces. So my first week total is 9.3 lbs. I can't recall what I lost the first round, and this would of been better if not for the binge I had on Wednesday! My meal of the day today is steak and cabbage, cabbage seems to give me a full feeling and its a lot of food! Hope everyone is doing well, Im not sure anyone even reads these:-) STephanie
