P3...day 3

Well, I decided to end my round...I was just having trouble sticking to it since coming back from my ski trip/planned interruption. So, I decided the best thing for me was to end the round, move on to p3 and maybe later, I can get my head it it and start another round. Another thing that was making it hard is that my clothes are fitting better, I'm back in clothes that I couldn't wear and I'm really feeling pretty good. I do want to move on down but, I'm good right now. And, I was really missing exercise!! I've started back with my Chalean Extreme workouts and that feels great!! I'm enjoying p3 foods, am up a little in weight but, very sore from working out so, I think it is fluid retention...so, hopefully will level out with that.

    I leave on a ski trip in exactly two weeks. I am scared. I will be 3 1/2 weeks in at that point. Would you advise staying on P2 as opposed to a planned interruption? What would you do next time?

    It's great that you are working out! I am planning to go on a walk today, even though I'm still in p2. I think working out will be key for me in p3. good on you!

    I definitely would do the planned interruption...I didn't do the greatest with it but, could NOT have done p2...I was up when I got back but I did a steak day prior to starting back and was back down pretty quick...my problem was getting my head back in to it after getting back to my low weight. Lol. I did 30 days total and was planning to go for 40, I think I just do better with shorter rounds. Good luck!

    I didn't work out in p2, I kept planning to start walking but never did. I think it is good to help from losing muscle. I'm excited to get back in to it and will continue in my next p2. Good luck!!
