Reporting in on my yogurt/steak day results

Well, not real pleased with the results...1 pound loss. So, I'm still 4 pounds above my LIW...UGH!!! One thing though is that I am VERY sore from my workout yesterday so I could possibly be hanging on to some fluid due to that and I had 1 glass of wine last night (still had great losses with a glass of wine on steak days in the past)...I've eaten clean today, drinking water and I'll see where I'm at tomorrow. If I'm still up, I may do either a steak day or chicken thigh day and maybe add some bullet proof coffee on Friday...I haven't tried the BP coffee yet.

    Definitely suggest chicken thigh day and starting your day with BP coffee. I posted on my results of chicken thigh CD and it isn't hard at all. Hope it works.
