After that loading and extended round 2 I m very happy to be back in food jail on my VLCD! I like know what I can and can't have and what to eat and when. Its so easy to cont to my 500 calories and stop. I'm struggling with my water intake. I never know how much is enough. I've been aiming for 10-12 8oz cups a day. Lotta running to the potty which is sooooo annoying. My ankles did thank me though. This round I'm just hoping for a modest 35-40lbs. lol My main focus is drinking water and not extending or tweaking my round to accomodate anyone else like I did last round to try and motivate my daughter to lose weight. She quit after a miserable effort and completely threw my groove off. No more distractions, I'm going for it!!
