So hunger was kind of a bummer yesterday but manageable. I will be going on the advice of Beth_M and hold for a few days at 130 IU and see where that takes me.

I did try the Shirataki noodles for the first time yesterday. YUM! Actually, they don't really have a taste but they take on the flavor of whatever you are making. The texture is kind of odd but I like it to slightly rubbery pasta with a slick feel. Odd, but good. They really do the job in filling you up as well. The version I tried did add 5 cals per serving. I didn't realize until it was too late that I had 4 servings though. oops I found another variety of the House brand that has zero cals so I'll give that one a go. ZZero fat, carbs, and cals is a pretty nice way to go.

As for the scale... this morning I was holding at 166! Have I finally seen the last of that movie theater pretzel??? Let's hope so!

    Ohhh Ick...I tried those noodles...bleahhhhhh lol...but hey not everyone has the same tastes right...congrats on the stabalizing...

    YUM! Those noodles are my FAVE! I make a ramen with them : low sodium chix broth, onions, cabbage, celery, chicken...throw in some chili paste at the table for some flare! The next morning I normally see a gain since even the low-sodium has quite a bit of sodium, but it comes off the next day AND it is SO good!!!

    When i eat those noodles I dry pan fry them gives them a better texture, and takes away all the smell that rinsing does not get off.
