R1P2D11 -Double Protein for dinner and a 10-mile walk =1lb loss

Last night we went to the Universal Studios Halloween Horror night (a theme park in Orlando). For those who don't know, this means a lot of walking until midnight and a lot of screaming un Hunted Houses (which , according to one silly article, makes you lose calories.

So last night for dinner and before going out, I had a double portion of protein and a lot of water throughout the evening.

Breakfast - 10 almonds and a tbsp of Half n Half with my coffee and a big juicy apple
Lunch - Steamed Cod and Asparagus + big apple
Dinner - 1/4 lb grilled burger from (Grass Fed, Organic), tomato and celery and Cottage Cheese Chocolate "Cheesecake" (got a recipe here on the forum).

This morning I showed 1 lb loss. I am comfortably fitting my size 4 jeans now!

    Awesome! I'm new to Florida and I keep hearing about the Halloween thing at Universal, I'm hesitant to go because idk if it would be worth the hour drive and what not. Good job on the size 4 jeans, hopefully I'll be there soon I'm currently a 6.
