Heyyyyya! i am brand new to hcg dieting!
I got my shipment of hcg drops on wednesday. SO i started yesterday. I am loving the loading stage. I have eaten soooo much the past two days and loving it i guess considering i occasionally enjoy binge eating!
I am very excited to start this diet the VLCD because i need something strict in my life and the discipline will definitely help!
if anyone is new or whatever even if you arent please please add me!
I am going to start video blogging too so you can follow me on youtube! just search renayeee23
I started out on thursday morning at 169 even
after load day one i am officially 171.6
sooooo i'll probably gain some more tonight but its all good, i get to start my VLCD tomorrow.

Questions:
1) Some things i have read say load for 2 days, some i have read say load for 3... Any preferences?
2) I totally couldnt sleep last night which NEVER happens is this a side effect? (i wasnt tired tho! i felt energized, i wanted to sleep but i couldnt, i was restless!)

K please answer my questions!

    1) It really is just 2 days loading, you stop loading after your 3rd dose.
    2) I experience sleeplessness my first week too, and periodically throughout P2. You may try to squeeze in some walking or light cardio to help exhaust yourself
