    Nope. It was the hcg. And now that I'm done, I actually am much more stable with more fats. Not the clean meats and veggies I used to think were best. Love my coconut oil! I noticed on this trip out to AZ that I started getting hungry because I forgot my coconut oil and haven't had it. What a huge difference!
