Because of my health issues, injury I need to be off the hcg meal plan. As my body needs all the help with nerve damage, muscle cramping/spasms, chronic fatigue syndrome, low iron/white count, pcos & dying thyriod (etc) this diet is not good for this body of mine.

I have plans to go back on the high protein diet with veges and fruit, no bread, pasta. Don't eat bread and pasta. I love my eggs and have missed them greatly and my porridge ohhhhhhhhhh yay porridge. Mmmmmmmmmmmm.

Ill pop in every so often. Like reading the boards.

I feel so much better. Having 6 small meals throughout the day. 3 protein meals, 3 food meals. I use to be on this diet ages ago. I've notice I've had less pain with the option of more food and protein in diet.

Donno why I like porridge at the mo. Just wat I want at the mo for breakfast and doing me good!

I've made a new list to buy vitamins from a few different online stores. I like to shop around and get the best deals. Budgeting for everything; Oops getting off track here.

Your plan for eating sounds smart! That's exactly what I will be doing starting p3 and beyond. (My husband has been telling me that for YEARS...eat more times during the day, small portions). We get so caught up with our daily lives, sometimes it is HARD to eat even 3 times a day!! I totally get it. In fact, right now, in p2, I eat my lunch fruit at 10am instead of with lunch so that I can start to get my body in the habit of eating in the morning. I also found an awesome protein powder that I will be using and keeping on hand (in my vehicle, in my purse, whatever) to make sure I always have an insta-meal on hand, loaded with protein and not all the other junk). Well good luck and stay well!
