Goooood morning
I maintained this morning. Two days, same weigh in number which means I'll be pleasantly surprised with a whoosh (sudden weight loss) soon enough. I think I will begin a regular gym routine beginning tomorrow. Nothing to strenuous but definitely some cardio or walking at the beach.
I have a wedding to attend in a month and though I wont be at my ultimate goal weight, I'll be at least 25 lbs lighter and that will show up in the dress I have for that evening.
