  1. R1P2D32: After 32 days, I'm only down 13 lbs. Only 2 lbs down from my 12 day stall.

    I started at 150 lbs. 32 days ago, doing the homeopathic drops. I was hoping to lose at least 20 lbs for my first round. As of this morning I am only down 13 lbs, at 137. After my 12 day stall at 139, I still wasn't losing much. So, three days ago I did an apple day. The next day I lost 2 lbs and finally hit 135. Then yesterday I gained 1 lb. This morning I had gained another 1 lb. I went back up to 137 lbs! I just don't get it. The inches are not coming off of my body either. I've done ...

  2. R1p2d28: After 12 days of stall, i finally lost 1 lb!

    Geeeze!!! I finally got on the scale this morning and actually saw 138lbs! It's only 1 lb., but I'll take it. 12 days of being stuck at 139lbs. was really starting to get to me. I even stopped coming on the blogs here because it was hard to watch everyone else's progress. I intended to just allow my body to do what it needed to do, and stay focused and positive. I have still been feeling fine, and staying on protocol. I sure hope my body is back on the losing track now. We'll see.

  3. R1p2d24: It is now my 10th day on this stall at 139lbs!

    Yesterday I did all of the suggestions from you, my HCG friends. I got on the scale this morning and I just couldn't believe it. I'm still at 139lbs. My first week on P2 I lost 11 lbs. Then since a week ago Saturday I have not gotten below 139. Still on protocol. Still no cheating. Still drinking a gallon of water a day and no oils or sugar. Here's what I had yesterday:

    Day 23: Sun. 2/27/11, 415 calories, 139lbs. -0
    B: 1/2 grapefruit
    L: 100g chicken, 1 cup ...

  4. R1p2d22: Ok, today is my 8th day stalled at 139lbs!!

    I just spent about an hour writing a blog just to close it out at the end. I don't even know how I closed it out. I just know that now I really am frustrated. I was trying to write down everything I have been eating and doing. I've been completely sticking to protocol, and yet I haven't lost a lb. since last Saturday, a week ago.   5. R1P2D20. Today is my 6th day with no loss!!!

    I can't believe it! Last Saturday I hit 139, for a total of 11 lbs. loss for my first two weeks. The next day I went up 1 lb., stayed there for two days, then for the next three days I stalled at 139 again. That's 6 days of stall. It would be very discouraging except for what happened yesterday.   6. R1P2VLCD18: Three Day Stall after only two weeks!

    Last Saturday was two weeks for me on Phase 2. I was down 11 pounds in 14 days from 150 lbs. The next day I went up 1 pound. Then for the last two days I've been stalled. A three day plateau after only two weeks??? No cheating. I even walked for an hour yesterday on my treadmill. Only eating one fruit a day and no bread sticks or melba. I'm drinking a gallon of water a day. I just don't get the stall at 140 lbs. I sure hope tomorrow I see some loss. Very frustrating.

  7. R1P2VLCD8, 144lbs. today. 6lbs. total loss for the week.

    Hi all, I've completed my first week. I started Day 1 at 150 lbs. I am on the homeopathic drops. I did not cheat once. I had three stall days. I drank a gallon of water every day (including green tea). I am down 6 pounds, though I was hoping for more. I won't complain though, it's still 6 lbs.

    I was wondering if I could get your feedback regarding the fruit. I did abandon the bread sticks and melba toast when I had the stall days. And, I even cut out the fruit a couple ...

  8. P1, vlcd day 5, no loss for second day in a row???

    Ok, I can't imagine why I didn't lose this morning, again. I started on the Homeopathic Drops last Saturday at 150 lbs. I preloaded properly. (I put a new battery in my scale and had to add another lb to my stats... crud!) Day 2 I lost 2 lbs. Day 3 - 2 lbs. Day 4 - 0 lbs. Day 5 - 0 lbs again! What's up with that? As per your suggestions, yesterday I did away with the bread sticks and only had one fruit. Here's what I took in yesterday:

    Breakfast - Herb Tea

  9. P1, vlcd day 4, no loss?

    I didn't lose or gain today. Yesterday I ate:
    B - 1 med orange
    L - 100g chicken
    1 cup romaine, 1/3 cup celery, 1/3 cup red bell pepper, 1/3 cup grape tomatoes
    1 bread stick
    D - 100g cod
    1 cup chopped spinach
    1 breadstick

    I gained 2 lbs after loading. Day 2, I lost 2 lbs. Day 3, I lost 2 lbs. Day 4 (today) No loss or gain.

    I've been drinking the one gallon of water daily. I don't seem to be releasing ...
