R1P2D20. Today is my 6th day with no loss!!!

I can't believe it! Last Saturday I hit 139, for a total of 11 lbs. loss for my first two weeks. The next day I went up 1 lb., stayed there for two days, then for the next three days I stalled at 139 again. That's 6 days of stall. It would be very discouraging except for what happened yesterday. I was dusting and doing some housework. As I walked from the bedroom toward the living room I was in mid stride in the hallway when my pants fell down!!! Ok, stop laughing. I was really shocked, I had to grab them as they passed my hips. I knew my body was changing because my pants were getting looser. Mainly because my loss in my butt is ahead of my belly. I always seem to lose off of my pour little butt first. I hold my weight in my waist, middle, and belly. I'm sure you know that that means I an apple shape, which is not healthy. When I began on Day 1, my waist was 40 inches. Yesterday I measured and I have lost an inch and a half. So, even though I have been stalled, I guess I can hang in there. It can't stay here forever. I have not cheated once. Lots and lots of water. Just wanted to let out some of what I've been feeling. Thanks for listening.

    Stalls are really tough, but if you just keep hanging in there, you will lose again. Most of us have had them more than once and sometimes they 3 days and sometimes they longer. I totally feel for you but the good news is that it is working and you will drop again. It sounds like it is time for a smaller size pant for sure! Good luck!

    Im sorry to hear you are still stalled. But at least you know you are losing something. Most of my jeans I can take off without even unbuttoning them. I havent bought new yet. Just wearing a belt when I am going out anywhere so I dont end up like you with my arse exposed! lol Thats funny. I lost all my butt first too. Then the boobs. Went from a 36C to a 32B. That sucks. But I guess the top has to match the bottom huh? Dont get discouraged and just keep trudging on. It will all pay off in the end. Have a great weekend.

    Suzy, too funny. Much rather they'd be falling off than unable to pull them on, though. I'm in a 4-day stall, so we can be "stall buds". Inches are lost, even when pounds stay the same. It is true.

    But, that being said, hopefully by Saturday the stall will be over! Hang in there, that's all we can do.

    Hi- I am on the 6th day of a stall. ......I am day 18 vlcd and this happens around day 13 I start to slow or stop losing??? People say to keep going and it will come off but the cycle of this phase is suppose to end on the 23rd and 72 hours after that I dont take the shot.....so how will it come off?? I try working out and not working out and stopping melba and eating melba....its like my body just wont move lower...I cant stomach apples also so I cant do that idea. thanks for any help!!!
