    Hello,
    all my HCG friends, I hope everyone is doing great for the past mother day weekend , for me it was a hectic and disaster. I ended up host a whole family for the mother day and did burgers and hot dogs for supper. I planned to eat only burger patty and added salad but terribly fell off the wagon when they brought in oreo Ice cream cake from DQ.   2. VLCD 22 125.6 lbs Woooooo Hooooooooo

    Almost to the goal!! looks like this week, my weight losses are steady at 0.6 lbs a day which I am happy with I actually set my goal weight at 120 lbs but will try to go down to 115 lbs just for the wiggle room and I plan to do this round 40 days if I could. 10 more lbs and I am crossing my fingers that I can stick with the diet!!

  3. VLCD 21 still hang in there

    Oh boy,,,Now that we have good sunny weather, it make even harder for me, all I am thinking only sitting out at the backyard with beers and snacks,,,,grrrrrrrrrr, and also all the fruit smoothie commercial on TV do not help oh my hcg friends, i am so struggling right now to keep on track, yesterday, I found myself stared at those yummy cinnemon buns I made for my family and wondered how it would be if I just had a bit,,,LOL,,,I was shaking my head ,,, like,,, woke up woke up you are dreaming,,, ...

  4. VLCD 18 gained 0.2 lbs and detect some issues

    Yesterday I did 3 things that I thought might be issue for my gain, I ate grapefruit, drank Nest tea zero and had detox bath, and woke up with the 0.2 gain, so these will be on my list to try again some day in the next weeks, one at the time though. This is the beauty of keeping record, I don't need to wait until phase 3 to figure out what kind of food that I have issue with. I m not completely sure with grapefruit but vaguely remember that last time I had them I gained, so I shall see later. ...

  5. Vlcd 17 slow but steady

    Hi Everyone,

    I decided not to blog everyday coz there is not much going on here, spring finally arrived and we have such a good weather this week, happy to wear flip flop LOL,, anyway I will only record my stats unless any experiment coming.

  6. Bye Bye Tom and welcome back my sweet scale

    TOM finally gone, exactly 3 days as usual, even though the time was definitely not usual. I did not blog yesterday but weight myself to a 0.2 loss, however I did rogue again, the day before yesterday I tried Miracle noodle (though its come in form of solid block like Tofu, i cut it up and added in my soup), it does not make me stall or gain (or maybe just yet), I kinda like it as I like chewy food, so if I am really really craving something chewy, I might try it again.   7. Vlcd 13 TOM what are you doing here?

    Yesterday I was so busy, got no chance to blog my entry, so here I will blog for my 28-29, yesterday I woke up with a 1 lbs loss and TOM!!! which is come two weeks early, I knew its happened to many during hcg, so not so much worried about it, but commo, wayyyyyyyyyyy to early and today I only lost 0.2

  8. VLCD 11, feeling better

    woke up with 0.6 lost, I finally got my hunger under control by switching to take my drops 6x a day, it just gone, I felt so great already with the total loss, I tried put on those jeans that I wore 2 years ago, can wear them now but a little bit tight around my hips, hopefully next week I will feel comfortable in them. felt that great I went out and got myself 3 pairs sexy shoes which will go well with skinny jeans woooo hoooo

  9. VLCD 9 0.8 lbs lost

    My scale played a little trick today, when I fist stepped on, it read 130.2 I was like "huh?" then stepped down, tried again 133.5 WT.. so I stepped down moved it to different spot, it read 130.0, tried more couple times, it read the same so I take it as 0.8 lbs lost today. Oh boy, this round seems like forever, struggle so much about hungry and food choices, can't wait to move to phase 3, I miss my yummy protein shake mix with mixed berries and almond milk breakfast and I am only VLCD ...

  10. VLCD 9 back in track

    Nothing special today, lost 0.6 lbs and I'll take it!! I had blueberries yesterday with supper, I know they are not in protocol but berries seems ok for me. When I looked at my stat, its look like that I might gained from exercise, so today I mark it the day I did yoga and we will see tomorrow. another little experiment
