Almost to the goal!! looks like this week, my weight losses are steady at 0.6 lbs a day which I am happy withI actually set my goal weight at 120 lbs but will try to go down to 115 lbs just for the wiggle room and I plan to do this round 40 days if I could. 10 more lbs and I am crossing my fingers that I can stick with the diet!!
Yesterday, while getting ready to bed , Hubby said "this is your body when I first met you"then he quickly added "but you always beautiful to me" hahah nice try!!
