VLCD 22 125.6 lbs Woooooo Hooooooooo

Almost to the goal!! looks like this week, my weight losses are steady at 0.6 lbs a day which I am happy with I actually set my goal weight at 120 lbs but will try to go down to 115 lbs just for the wiggle room and I plan to do this round 40 days if I could. 10 more lbs and I am crossing my fingers that I can stick with the diet!!
Yesterday, while getting ready to bed , Hubby said "this is your body when I first met you" then he quickly added "but you always beautiful to me" hahah nice try!!


Food 05/08/13

breakfast - 3 cups black coffee

Lunch - 150 bok choy
- 120 g cod fish
- 1 red delicious apple

dinner -
- 150 g romaine lettuce
- 120 g shrimps
-1 granny smith apple
