Vlcd 27 down 1.2 lbs

Hello,
all my HCG friends, I hope everyone is doing great for the past mother day weekend , for me it was a hectic and disaster. I ended up host a whole family for the mother day and did burgers and hot dogs for supper. I planned to eat only burger patty and added salad but terribly fell off the wagon when they brought in oreo Ice cream cake from DQ. OMG that freakin ice cream cake was so delicioussssssssssssssssss, and I have horrible habit of cheating, when I cheat, I cheat baaaaaaaaaaaaaaad, after the cake, I had a handful of macadamia nuts, 4 pcs strawberries soft cookies, 1 spring roll, another thin sliver of cake LOL. However, the day before the epic of cheating, I had a 0.4 gain with no reason, so I thought fine, I would cheat and then do mini steak day after. So the morning after I woke up with 0.6 gain which was truly surprised me, I thought it would be more worse. Therefore, I decided not doing mini steak day and went back to the protocol and the weight dropped down 0.4 lbs. BUT, I counted the day I will be on vlcds and realized that I have only 2 weeks left, so with the slow losses rate, I might not make it to my goal. with that I decided to follow Pookster's advice to drop fruits for bigger losses and woke up with 1.2 lbs losses, (Thanks to Pookster) this morning. Cross my fingers that it will continue bigger losses if not with this rate.

    You are still doing good sweet. Nearly down 20 lbs, and depending on your height, I be getting close to final goal (?). At least you know how you cheat. The follow up immediately of weighing in and taking care of it will keep your hard earned weight loss. Hang in there and best wishes in your last 2 weeks of vlcd.

    Thanks Bavs, I will try my best, now I feel better and confident that I can hang in it for another 2 weeks, but boy!! last week it was real hard for me to strict to protocol.

    Sounds great!!! I think i will try the no fruit. I have droped one fruit for most of the diet and i have 7 more days tell last injection and i have 9 pounds to loose so i will drop the fruit and see where that takes me. Thanks for your post and the the best of luck.

    YAY! Way to go Sweets!! That is an epic cheat!!! And I love it...only .6??? cray cray!! You are SO LUCKY!! did I mention you are lucky?? lol...heck I ate totally different stuff on P3 and gained 2.4!! Happy for you that you got away with it! - as for the fruit advice.. I just found that I personally had better losses without it.. seems to be true for you as well.

    cheats happen! That's a decently small increase
