    I'm updating my blog this round with some of my go-to P2 meals. It helps to look back on previous rounds what I was eating and it also might inspire any readers who are looking to pick up some P2 meals. If I can edit this post I'll add some pictures when I remember to take them!

  2. Slow cooker shredded chicken

    This is an FMD recipe that can be found HERE. Its not only great for FMD, but also for HCG menus in P2.

    This is excellent for adding sauces to (think barbecue, taco, or teriyaki flavors), making wraps or topping salads or adding to soups.

    Ingredients:
    6 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. garlic powder

  3. Green Onion Soup Recipe Chicken/Shrimp optional

    Green Onion Soup - HCG

    1/4 c green onions, sliced
    2 c vegetable broth or chicken
    1 t parsley
    1 t stevia
    1/2 t paprika
    1/2 t salt
    1/2 t dill
    1/2 t thyme
    1/8 t cayenne or red pepper flakes
    1/8 t celery seed
    add pre-cooked chicken or shrimp for a protein boost

    Yesterday was a soup day. Beef soup at lunch and chicken soup for dinner.

    Chicken Lemon Celery Soup:

    500 gr chicken
    LOTS of water (I didn't measure)
    6 stalks of celery, chopped
    1 lemon - juice squeezed in and then toss in the halves)
    1/2 lemon juice from the bottle
    dried onion
    italian spices
    salt & pepper

  5. My Rotel Chicken Recipe

    I thought I would try this out:

    Baking/Grilling Methods: Preheat oven to 400 degrees and if you have a George Foreman turn in on a well.

    Serving Size: 6
    Use 1 -10oz can of Rotel Tomatoes ( or whatever brand you can find,I used the Walmart brand)
    *Pour into bowl and Season with garlic salt,parsley flakes and lemon pepper seasoning
