  1. P3 / P4 -- Weight Loss, Sugar, & Liver Cleansing

So, I extended P3 since I had a couple of steak days during Week 3, and decided to pull back on fats a bit to see if I could stabilize. Surprisingly, instead of stabilizing, I've been steadily losing weight. Especially since I've incorporated digestive enzymes as apart of my daily regimen.

By no means am I trying to lose weight, because doing whatever it takes to keep this weight off for the long haul is most important to me. But it does feel good to see my body losing weight on its ...
  2. Round 3 - P2 - Day 12

    Sun ~ 25-Dec-11

    216 ~ - ( 1.2 ) ~ - 5.8 lbs since R3

Down 1.2 this morning. I guess cocoa crack does not affect me that much so I am happy about that and will gladly add it to my menu daily.

I also adjusted my hcg dose back down to 125 iu and I believe that made a difference to the constant craving ...

"Low number but considering the day, the fact that there is no gain or stall is pretty good.

Yes I did. I added cocoa crack, I have been driving myself crazy with the Mac Nuts so I brought in my big gun for help . . .Cocoa Crack . . .

  4. Better loss in P3 than last week of P2

First day of P3 and I lost .8 pounds. Not bad considering the previous 9 days on P2 I only lost a total of 1.3 and I did everything to the letter, to include an apple day, skipping some Melbas and fruits just to try and get the scale to move. I'm loving P3, I hope I can keep it up. Considering the .8 loss w/ eggs and the fact that I never had any problems w/ them on P2, I'm adding cheese today.

Also, Coco Crack is AMAZING!!!! If you don't like coconut though, you probably won't ...
  5. my version of cocoa crack

I started making this for myself and now the whole family is hooked! I make at least one batch every day.

    pinch of salt
    1 tbsp. whipping cream
    1/4 cup slivered toasted almonds

Melt coconut oil and add xylitol. Stir until xylitol is melted. Add cocoa, vanilla and salt. ...
  6. R1P2 Day 38 (18 more days until P3)

I love Carol Ensminger's "5 things I love" vlogs on YouTube.

One of the things she does w/ Cocoa Crack that I am so looking forward to trying:

Get some candy molds that are circles and deep enough to make a "homemade reeces PB cup". You make your cc, pour just a bit on the bottoms, freeze it until it hardens, then fill the middle (filling) part with either a nut butter, or cream cheese mixed with peppermint Stevia (OMG YUM!). Then pour over the ...
