  1. Pea Protein cookies - for when you are meat-ed out on P3!

    These make a great breakfast. Don't you get tired of eggs and meat for breakfast? I do.

    PEA PROTEIN COOKIES (my version- makes 6 cookies):

    Pea Protein (I use the unflavored NOW brand-- 24 grams protein per scoop, no carbs, no fat)

    1 ripe banana (you can substitute avocado--just add some sweetener and leave out the other fats)
    1 scoop pea protein powder
    1/2 scoop golden flax meal
    1 tablespoon of almond butter, pumpkin seed butter, or coconut ...

    My day: Filled with Stress, cookies and Mcdonalds...BUT I DIDN'T EAT ANY!!!! HA! So having issues with my car, get it taken care to find more issues (isn't that how it always goes?!) I kept saying to myself not to stress, because it will make me gain
    Early today I bought cookies for my kids and I served them all warm and yummy smelling, but I was actually ok. I wanted one but I wasn't upset that I couldn't have one!

  3. Merging HCG with Smart For Life Cookie Dieting

    Being that January is nearly over, I thought it only appropriate to start a new thread for February starters. I actually began P1 on Monday of this week (24 January) and yesterday was my first day of P2 and the 500 calorie days. I have read up on the protocal and read lots of reviews and results and I am definately looking forward to 30 days down the road. I have enough product to run two rounds, each round consisting of 45 days based on the directions and literature that was sent with the product. ...
