  2. Day 35 here and only 3 more days to go... YAY

    I was very seriously going to stop last Friday, feeling sorry for myself with dental work, a stall, thrush (TMI I'm sorry) and a cold starting... Very glad i didn't stop!

  3. P2D17 here... and feeling bit low.

    Day 17 here... I should be happy and estatic... Only 23 more days to go! But have been feeling gloomy all week and unsure why. Sick of food ruling my thoughts!
    I've brought some Vit B today and see if that helps... It's meant to!

    Total weight lost now is 8.4KG or 18.5 pounds in 16 weigh-ins.. Stressing that I'm not going to reach my goal weight this round of 20kg's lost... Stupid to stress over this but I am.

  4. Does Food to boost mood work?

    My visit to nutritionist taught me that people with low levels of D and omega- 3s are prone to possess symptoms of depression, so please make sure you’re obtaining enough of each shield. Specialists say there’s an extra nutrient that might be essential, I was suggested multivitamins. Magnesium was added to my diet chart. Nutritionist mentions me that it will boost calm and peaceful mental condition. Anybody over here has similar experience. I would like to know.
  5. HCG R1, Maintenance Phase 3

    Monday, 9/10/2012
    I weighed 156.8lbs this morning
    Well I thought I was actually going to gain some pounds but miraculously, I stayed the same from yesterday
    That was weird, even after I ate a bunch last night when I wasn't supposed to
    Today, I stayed strictly on protocol and did pretty well if I may say so myself:
    - 2 100g chicken tenderloin
    - 2 oranges
    - 2 100g celery
    - 2 liters of water
  6. HCG R1, Maintenance Phase 2

    For lunch I ate cooked celery and chicken...mmm that was good
    but CRAP
    I cheated tonight with..
    - 2 shrimp ramen noodles
    - 2 chocolate cookie mini cakes
    - 64oz water
    I took the HCG drops 3 times, 30min before each meal so that made me full instantly
    I blame my cheat today for not strictly being prepared last night.
    Tonight, I will make myself a calendar chart type to record my food logs from now on
    and also watch bunch of HCG success ...
  7. I am new here. Up to 300 pounds like everyone desperate to loose weight. Buy which ?

    Like everyone I am here desperate to loose weight. Been reading the internet for weeks now all day long trying to learn what is best to do. The Roca Labs Diet which consists of guargum and xanthium gum and beta glucan. Too much can't afford it and will cause me fecal impactions probably.
    Or the HCG diet. But which HCG is the BEST to buy that i can afford reasonably? I can do injectables as I take insulin and am a retired RN. But I don't have $200 to spend either. Was I reading someone ...

    Something I didn't realize about loading is that, no matter how private you wish the bacchanalian event to be, if there are kids in the house, you will be found out...

    "Wow! Brownies *and* ice cream *and* pizza *and* chicken Alfredo?!?!"

    Really loud... Right in the middle of the supermarket.
