  1. P4 / Day6 Back to the gym

    So here we are in P4. Everything has been going so great, I thought I'd get myself back to the gym. I stabilized in p3 and my body seemed happy at 176.0. I can live with that. It's only .4 above my LIW, right?

  2. VLCD 14 - Slight gain 0.4

    Went from 229 to 229.4, but I don't consider this real gain - I'm a bit backed up (ugh, sorry - TMI). I would consider this a no gain/no loss at best.

  3. phase 3 gain from vacation HELP!!

    So I went on vacation and I gained 5 pounds. I am on phase3day11. Is it too late for me to lose those 5 pounds? I am now 10 pounds away from my goal weight and I am super bummed. Can I do a bunch of correction days back to back? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
  4. After a year... Here i am again!

    I went on a Round 2 about 2months later after my Round 1. I lost about 23lbs and is very happy about it.. However...~
    After about a year , i gained my weight within this last 6months .. gained about 27lbs back after end of Phase 3..
    Really need to lose weight again... and hope i can maintain the weight this time round. So hard to resist temptations. Especially starchy food is our staple food here in my country.

  5. Looking forward to P3

    The one food that I look forward to eating is BACON!

    Gained 0.2 lb today due to not drinking enough water yesterday. I hope that is the case and not because my body is starting to get immune to the HCG. I am really on counting on completing the 40 day round. I am soooo close and I'd hate to start P3 early. Please flabby body cooperate with me!

  6. Frenemies on the hCG Protocol: DO NOT TRUST These "Helpers" in P2 and P3...or even P4

    Recently, I saw a post from someone who was doing a few things "off protocol." Part of this was due to being hoodwinked, part of this may have been due to her personal ambivalence to stay on protocol. Whatever the reason, she is one of many folks I've seen make these mistakes. So, I'm listing these "frenemies" here -- they're things you should not trust as helpers when on the hCG Protocol or beyond it in Phase 4 (lifetime maintenance), even though they claim otherwise.

  7. Gains: Inflammatory Responses, Food Intolerances, Allergies, and Goitrogens

    There are notorious foods that cause a gain for many people. Sometimes, this is due to an inflammatory response. Food intolerances and full-blown allergies can also be to blame.   8. Second week, phase three question.

    So I've been moderately active the past three days between work, working out, and photo shoots,
    I've also been eating the same things I've been eating.. I also started this acai berry cleanse 3 days ago, and have been having about 2-4 good BM's a day..
    You'd think I would've lost weight, huh?
    Nope, I'm up 2 pounds,
    Contemplating a steak day today... But not sure I want to follow through with it considering I can't believe that I actually gained 1.4 pounds over night.. ...

  9. incredibly sad this morning.

    today is my first gain. I dont even know what to think. I've stalled before, but never gained..
    the only thing i can think of that i did wrong was, i left out a fruit yesterday because i was so busy preparing for my mothers birthday.
    I drank enough, and ate all my other foods.. i was on my feet pretty much all day long..
    i forgot to take my b12, though...

    other than leaving out a fruit, and not taking my b12.. i also dont think it was water retention because ...

    "What?? Hello TOM. First official P3 day and a huge gain. Woke up with TOM and the usual aches and pains . Had extra apples, cocoa crack and pork rinds so all of that plus TOM means that I am doing a steak day today because I am taking no chances that this is mostly due to TOM's arrival and it will fall off on its own.

    That is a crazy gain tho."
