  1. At goal and checking in ...

It seems like forever since I last blogged. I ended R4P2 in early July and started P3 on my birthday ... boy did I mess that up. My birthday celebration lasted a week and I gained back about 10 lbs. I had a great time and I'm not sure I can say it was worth it, but it was a great learning experience.

Knowing that I had messed up P3 so badly and worried that I'd gain even more weight, I decided to cycle back into P2 after just 3 weeks. I know this isn't protocol, but it worked for me. ...

  2. P2 bags packed - Destination: P3 & beyond!

Today marks my last day of VLCD! I ended this round at 128.1 lbs which puts me pretty much at goal. I always thought 125 was my magic number and I thought I'd be really upset if I didn't reach that, but hcg weightloss is so great in that you lose inches in all the right places. I'm smaller now than I was at this weight 20 years ago! I actually bought a pair of size 4 shorts last weekend that fit perfectly. This round has been a big success and I feel very good about the direction I'm headed. I will ...
  3. Load day 1

Off to a smashing start. Can't get a weight loss ticker to create.
Startting weight this morning 180.8. I want to eventually get to 130. I am doing a 40 day round and would like to lose at least 30. Then I will take a break with p3 and 4, then try again. Realistically, I wish to get to at least 150 this round.

Wish I could get the ticker creator to work but it keeps saying it is stalled. Whe I go back, it mentioned once that it only works for goal losses of over 100 pounds. ...

  4. VLC Day 20

    Statistics:

    Week 1; (-7.2)
    Week 2; (-7.4)
    Week 3; (-4.6)

    229.6 VLCd 20 (-1)

I must admit that it was good to see the number on the scale this morning. I haven't seen the 220s in years. Yet, I won't rely upon that number to stay steady as, historically, there are two setpoints in the 220s for my body; one at the upper end, one at the lower end. I fully intend to stall/gain today or tomorrow, and again, later, when I head to the 220 mark. ...

  5. I hit the ONE HUNDREDS today!!

So happy this morning! I finally made it into the 100's. This was my first goal. The next is to get to 185 so I will no longer be "obese" but just "overweight". lol...

The return from my trip was interesting and I do think tinkering with protocol slowed my losses this past week. I still saw losses pretty much daily with one day of no loss but they were smaller losses than previous weeks. So lesson here is to do the absolute best I can and plan, plan, plan. I just ...
