    I am planning to do this program either towards the end of my R3P3 or after completing P90X (beginning of Sept-October). In the meantime, I will sart regulating my sleep and meal times to get as close to those recommend for LR... I'm only 2 weeks in P2, so we'll see I have changed/stuck to my plan in a month or so...

    Sorry, I have not posted more pics but I have really been eating the same BAB meals. Here is a New York thin strip steak with 2 over easy eggs in coconut oil and an avocado and a cup of coffee.

  3. Big Breakfast

    Hi! I try to get cheap foods because all this protein is so expensive. LOL. Well, as long as you get in the protein of 50-75g you are okay. Thankfully I can stomach all the food. And it holds me till dinner. LOL. This plate has 4 scrambled eggs with 2 Nathan all beef hot dogs, with a medium avocado and 3 Jimmy Dean pork sausage patties.

    OMG! I just can't believe that I am 0.7lbs under my last dose weight of 322.7 (I am right now 322 even). I have stayed within my 2lb range except for the 3rd day of LR/P3 but the next day it came right off. It is awesome!
    This morning I ate a 6oz boneless pork chop fried in bacon grease with 2 over easy eggs made in coconut oil and a small avocado. I also drank some coffee with sweet n low and 4tbsp of half and half. Protein/Fat/Carbs= 71/56/21

    I gained 1.2 lbs yesterday . The reason being is because I ate alittle late and overdid the eating. But I ate the meal below and ate alittle for dinner and I lost 1.8lbs. Yayyy! I could not believe it. Well, good thing is we can eat clean the next day and it will go away, well, for most of the time. LOL.
    This meal has 6oz of beef sirloin steak with 2 brown jumbo eggs and a medium avocado.

    I am full! That will def hold me until dinner time. LOL. I have to get some steaks so that I don't have to add alot of food just to make the grams of protein. LOL.
    I ate, 3 jumbo brown eggs with pork rinds, an avocado (my daughter ate a 1/4 of it, LOL), a small (about 2-3oz) smokey pork chop (ham round), 6 slices of bacon, a string cheese and coffee w/with alittle milk.

    Here is a dinner I ate: I was really hungry and ate early at about 3pm, LOL. I ate 2- 3oz burgers cooked in bacon grease with velveeta cheese slices, a 1/2 cup of broccoli with a cheese slice melted on top and sauteed mushrooms and onions. It is cold so I dranks some coffee with half and half. LOL.
    Protein/Fats/Carbs= 62/44/26

    This plate has 3 brown jumbo eggs with pork rinds a 3 oz boneless pork chop, an avocado, a string cheese and I drank a cup of coffee with half and half.

    I need to remember myself not to ever use the George foreman again! LOL. It makes the meats dry and alittle hard to chew. I even put coconut oil on it while it was cooking. So I guess it's back to pan cooking the pork chops. LOL.

    This plate has 4 eggs with pork rinds & a 3oz pork chop (which I did not eat all of it) and a whole medium avocado with a cup of coffee with HWC.

  10. Bab- Big ass breakfast

    Okay, so you all know by now that I love pork rinds in my eggs! LOL. They are so good!

    Today I ate 4 eggs with pork rinds and 3 strips of bacon cut in halfs and 1 Hormel Smokey pork chop 3oz. (so good BTW) and a cup of coffee with HWC.
    Protein/Fat/Carbs= 51/57/4
