  1. Beginning of Round 2....

    Round 2 is getting off to a great start!

    P1 -- Loading:
    Like previous rounds, I had to FORCE myself to load, because of my lack of hunger. I'm so glad I didn't go grocery shopping to stock up on things to load on, because most of it would have gone to waste. I just ate a few avocados, a bunch of almonds, some cocoa crack, a Ribeye steak, cheesecake, tiramisu, and some creamy roasted garlic mashed potatoes.

  2. Plans for a Successful R2

    Round 2 is only a few days away, and I'm excited about it. I'm comfortable with where I am during this stabilization phase -- 3 lbs. under LIW even after adding sweet potatoes, air-popped popcorn, fruit juice, almonds, dairy, and tons of cocoa crack. Also, my appetite seems to have diminished, which makes me eager to get back to a VLCD.

    I'm shocked that I have no desire to gorge on things I might miss during the VLCD, but it's further validation that I've gotten over my addiction ...

  4. Day 35 here and only 3 more days to go... YAY

    I was very seriously going to stop last Friday, feeling sorry for myself with dental work, a stall, thrush (TMI I'm sorry) and a cold starting... Very glad i didn't stop!

  5. P2D17 here... and feeling bit low.

    Day 17 here... I should be happy and estatic... Only 23 more days to go! But have been feeling gloomy all week and unsure why. Sick of food ruling my thoughts!
    I've brought some Vit B today and see if that helps... It's meant to!

    Total weight lost now is 8.4KG or 18.5 pounds in 16 weigh-ins.. Stressing that I'm not going to reach my goal weight this round of 20kg's lost... Stupid to stress over this but I am.

  6. Day 12 Siesta Beach with hcg

    Down 2 lbs today!!!!!

    Fridays eats:
    1 egg and egg white
    coffee with cream
    light mozzarella cheese stick
    chicken breast with mixed salad greens and tsp mct oil
    pork rinds around 1 oz
    3 chicken wings
    1 cup cauliflower with a sprinkle of cheese
    .5 oz mac nuts
    whip cream and 1 jello cup
    gum
    hot tea

    Totals: 1380 calories
    23 grams9% carb/ 60 grams, 53% fat/ 94 grams, 38% prot

  7. I'm Back-Round 4 and trying Siesta Beach with Hcg

    I am for the first time trying something different, not followin the plan POP which is huge for me.
    I have been following a group using the Siesta Beach Hcg plan which is very low carb and adds fats and highter calories than 500 and really no fruit.   8. The hardest thing I've ever done...

    ...is this diet. And it seems like the more times I do it (this is #4), the harder it gets. Ferocious hunger, desperate cravings, weakness, tiredness--that's what I've dealt with for the past 2 days. Adjusting dosage doesn't help at all; I'm just as hungry taking 6 drops 3 times a day as I am 12. I've been cheating constantly because I'm just too hungry. I'm still losing weight (down 0.8 this morning after eating... well, a lot of verboten stuff, healthy but verboten: carrots, veg butter, cheese, ...

    Wow, tomorrow I'll have 2 weeks down.

    Earlier in the week I started showing signs of a bladder infection and went to the dr, came up just beginning. I recall last time I was doing the diet having the same issue. I don't usually get these, actually in my whole life I can count on one hand how many times I've had one. In the past, from not drinking enough water. This time not sure.   10. First week down!

    I was thinking the other day, I have no clue at this point what round I'm on since I first started doing this 4 years ago. In the beginning it was to get my body back and finally be happy. The last couple years they've been maintenance rounds more than anything. I have always kept journals but after this long I don't even know where those notes are.
