    I have almost been on the diet for two weeks and it has gone pretty good. I had a slip-up during the first week I think which caused me to stall. However I kept going and realized that the small cheat was nothing more than a defeat.   2. Drop it drop it LoW

    Today is a true milestone for me, it's my 5th day on vlcd and I have not had any cheats ! Or cravings. It's all mind over matter, I'm in it to win it.
  3. Day 4!

    I didnt know how long I should stay on this round, (3-5 failed previous attempts at HCG diet) BUT being that I am only eating protein once a day, I even made Lemon-pepper steak today with a few onions and added two thin slices of fresh cut tomatoes (hoping that a little "flavor" would encourage me to eat the required protocal), but of course it was to no prevail. I think that I am drinking about 4 1/2 litters of water per day, and I am only taking my drops twice a day, smh. I cant eat ...
  4. Day 16 - Experimenting With Alcohol

    So before I experimented with alcohol this weekend, I searched the board for other posts about alcohol in P2. As a result I did the following, on Friday night I had vodka, straight up with lime and on Saturday night, I had some wine.

    What were the results? I had a three day stall. I maintained 177.6 from Friday to Sunday.

    My conclusion: It's not worth it. I was progressing every day and I feel like I set myself back. I'm actually not mad about it ...
  5. HCG R1, Maintenance Phase 3

    Monday, 9/10/2012
    I weighed 156.8lbs this morning
    Well I thought I was actually going to gain some pounds but miraculously, I stayed the same from yesterday
    That was weird, even after I ate a bunch last night when I wasn't supposed to
    Today, I stayed strictly on protocol and did pretty well if I may say so myself:
    - 2 100g chicken tenderloin
    - 2 oranges
    - 2 100g celery
    - 2 liters of water

    Ok so today is day 5 of phase 2, I have LOTS of weight to and I have had some problems with hunger this past week. Not everyday but I get up at 6:30 am and do not go to sleep until 11:30 pm. I beleive that has alot to do with me being so hungry, unfortunately my body is going to have to get used to it because I do not have a choice

  7. Ranch Chicken Recipe (P2)

    100 g chicken breast - cooked
    1 tsp taco seasoning (1 T chili powder, 1 t cumin, 2 t onion powder, 1 t sea salt (or less))
    1 tbsp milk
    1 tsp ranch dressing mix (2 Tbsp dried parsley, 1 tsp dried dill, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp dried basil, 1/2 tsp pepper)

    Add chicken to skillet and heat for a few minutes on medium-low. Cover chicken with taco seasoning and stir to coat. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.

  8. Back on the Wagon - R2 D2 P2

    Alright, this year has sucked. Long story short - I started HCG in January at 222.2 pounds. I lost 40 pounds. Now, it is October 25th and yesterday was my first day back on P2 - I started this round at 215.4. HCG has helped me realized I am a food addict. I eat when I am happy, I eat when I'm sad. I use any excuse to eat the worst foods possible. I will not let this get the better of me. So, here I am again.

  9. R2 - p2d4

    Down 2.2 pounds this morning which puts me at 196.6 and a total of 9.8 pounds lost for the first 4 days! Woohoo!


    Chicken with salsa and asparagus for lunch
    P2 chili with a dollop of fat free fage
    1 tsp of cocoa crack

    Only 14 pounds to go until I'm back at my LDW from last round!

    Down to 198.8, a 1.6 pound loss for the day and a 7.6 pound loss overall for the first 3 days.

    I had an apple for snack, chicken with salsa and asparagus for lunch, and dinner was P2 crockpot chili. Yum! Skipped dessert because of the sugar content of the tomatoes.

    Finally got rid of the nasty headaches I've been having. I think my body was just detoxing from sugar and junk.

    Yay, here comes day 4! I think I'm also going to try my ecigs again and cut down ...
