  1. 9 day stall figured out..i think

    Its been a while since i have posted a blog because there has been no good news. My weight has been up and down for the last 9 days But i think i figured out how to break the stall. For the 9 days i have been doing insanity but i didnt think it could effect my losses. Yesterday i decided not to do it and i loss 0.8! Who would of known exercise was the culprit. My weight is at 178.2 and i want to be down to the 60's before august 22 so i might do a small mini round after ...
  2. Held back at the finish line!

    Well, I spent the better half of the weekend constipated and I kept gaining and losing the same 2 or 4 or 8 ounces, probably due to my irregular water intake. But come Monday morning I was all better and at my lowest weight yet, if only by 2 ounces. It's worth mentioning that the last time I was this light was probably around 2009, when I was busting my butt on an elliptical for an hour every day, counting calories, hungry, weak, and still not losing my abnormal fat deposits.

    Looks like I lost a few days huh?

    Let see where to start. I had a few run ins with fast food, or pizza or something I love! I didn't cheat but let me tell ya it is so hard to sit in the car smelling Mcdonalds and not being able to eat any!
