  1. P3 Lessons Continue On...

    It wasn't until the 3rd week of P3 that I started having trouble stabilizing. Ended up doing 2 steak days, and it appeared that things that I've done well with since the first week of P3 were starting to turn on me!   2. Not pooping for the whole 3.5 mos on HCG and still none in week one of P3!! HELP!!

    I need to preface this post with the fact that I never had bowel movement issues before I started this diet. I pooped twice daily like clockwork. Okay, so I didn't poop the whole 3.5 months I was doing HCG. I would do an enema once a week where 2 or 3 grape sized nuggets covered in mucus would come out and that was it. I thought maybe my body was using the 500 calories for energy, although I can say I know better as I've done fresh veggie fasts and would still eliminate every day, but on HCG ...
