    Just returned from my 3rd trip during R1 and happy to say down .6 today!
    My trips have all been 3 dayers. I inject early day 1 of the trip, skip the next day, and inject as soon as I return home on the 3rd day. I try to concentrate on "lean meat, fruit, veggies" (it's like a mantra I repeat over and over to myself while making food choices!!)   5. I hit the ONE HUNDREDS today!!

    So happy this morning! I finally made it into the 100's. This was my first goal. The next is to get to 185 so I will no longer be "obese" but just "overweight". lol...

    The return from my trip was interesting and I do think tinkering with protocol slowed my losses this past week. I still saw losses pretty much daily with one day of no loss but they were smaller losses than previous weeks. So lesson here is to do the absolute best I can and plan, plan, plan. I just ...

    Well, this is honestly the best diet program I have ever been on. After 19 days vlcd I have lost 18.2lbs. I can't believe it! I think the great part about this is that there is science to it. I have always hated tracking my WW points or writing everything down in my journal - it's all too familiar. This is so different. I can't wait to get on that scale every morning just to "see".
