  3. Round 1 Results -- 27.2 lbs. lost

    I finally made it to my last shot! Lost 27.2 lbs., which is more than I've lost on previous rounds. Was disappointed these past couple of weeks as the weight loss slowed down, but looking back, I can't be anything but grateful that I lost almost 30 lbs. in a couple of months. No other program could have given me that kind of result!

    I just finished loading days which was kinda awesome! Ate til I couldn't eat anymore. And yesterday was my first day on phase 2. Got on the scale today and lost 3. I had gained 2 after loading so not mad at all. My birthday is mid February so I plan to do 21 days for my first round then take I think its 3 weeks off from what I read before starting another round. I'm 187.7 today and hope to lose 20 lbs. I read somewhere to drink lots and lots of water so going for a gallon a day. ...

    Day 1. Been watching Robyn Woodall (weight loss apocalypse) on YouTube. I realise I have a lot of emotional eating issues and doing this protocol will not fix this part of my weight loss challenge for me. What it will do is give me the opportunity to reset my lepton and lose some weight and then have the opportunity to practice eating to hunger scale. Day 1 , so far so good.   6. Loading days Vlcdp from tomorrow

    Started last week but cheated on and off. Realised that I need to load properly and take multivitamins to stick to protocol. Loaded today. Start again on P2 tomorrow. Blogging here to keep myself honest. I'm going to write everything down. This round doing vegetarian not vegan. Not sure what to eat for protein other than egg. Protein powder and cottage cheese.     Today is April 20th and this is my 5th day on the low calorie part of the HCG diet. So far it's been amazing!!!! Seeing results every single morning, motivates me so much just to keep eating lean and clean.
