Hello HCG world I have officially lost 16.2 pounds so far My goal was to lose at least 20 pounds on this diet so i think ill be there by next week. Im going back to college in about 2 and a half weeks so i want to loose as much as possible. I cant wait to see if people notice a difference hence that they haven't seen me in 3 months!

I'm no longer feeling guilty about my previous failed attempts at this diet, I learned that a person will not fully commit to this diet until they are ready, I am READY! I was 223 at the beginning of this round, and six days in I as of this morning am at 214 (in 6 days) thats 9 pounds in 6 days. I know that everyday wont be a loss but I am very greatful for this diet. I have a long way to go, but everyday is a milestone.
