  1. Getting ready for round 2!!!

    I finished round one jan 25 th. lost 30 pounds during that round and I've been on phase 3 every since. I have to be honest I have not watched what I've been eating and have been exercising more than usual but nothing serious and have maintained my weight the entire time! Woo hoo!!! I a, getting ready to do phase 2 round 2 very shortly! I went from size 14/16 to 12 first round. I'm hoping I go from 12 to 10/8 this next round! I'll keep posted! I will keep updated once I get going!!!!!!!!!

  2. Day 38!!!!

    Well I've made it to day 38. Yesterday's weight was 199. So happy. Today's weight 201 sooooo pissed!!!!!! My 2 yr old has been sick. So I've been catering to him. And I felt like Crap last night and took Tylenol cold and flu. That's why I gained. I've done my 40 shots but I think I'm going to do a few more and start phase 3 next week. I'm hoping to get to 195 before I stop! Down from 227 I can't complain! This round I think has been a success. Now I just have to wrap my head around phase 3. ( another ...

  3. Day 35

    Day 35 down 27 pounds. I'm ok with it. I am almost there. I will start training for 5k this coming weekend. Race is in April so I'm hoping I can diet and run and not do another round of hcg before then. But If I'm not losing like I hope I will try and fit in a 21 day round a month before race I feel like my journey is coming to an end but really it's just the beginning!!!!!!!!!! 5 days left. Hoping for 5 pounds more to lose and then on to phase 3!!!

  4. Day 31

    Well the days keep adding up! I can't believe I am almost to day 40. I'm knocking at 199 door!!! Come on under 200!!!!! I am so proud of myself for making it as far as I have! I know this is just the beginning though. I still have 60 pounds to lose my goal is 140. But I am on my way! I am having some troubles at this point. I don't want to eat my veggies at all. I'm trying to get own atleast 1 a day. I know some days I'm not reaching my 500 but I still feel good. Just not hungry. My pre baby jeans ...

  5. Day 28/ total loss 22 pounds

    uHHHHHH!!!!!What a rough few days! TOM arrived as scheduled and my fears became reality! What a horrific cycle! No loss... CRAMPS.....HEAVY FLOW.....MOOD SWINGS....You name it I have had it the last few days. That being said I stayed true to my 500 calories.   6. Day 24 phase 2

    This morning I weighted 205. So I'm off the 208 train I was stuck at for 3 days very happy about that!!!!!!!!! Five pounds left of the 200 club! I can't wait to be a non member!!!! Total loss 22 pounds in 24 days!!!!!! Yipeeeeee

  7. Day 23 phase 2

    Weight still 208. No loss in 3 days. But i feel great! So frankly I don't care! Haha. I feel healthier today! My back does hurt. I don't have a headache. And at 227 pounds I would still be having those issues! I'm so glad I've stuck with this! I am getting a little nervous about phase 3. It's coming up quick! I have a few weeks left to do my research to get myself ready! I can fit into my pre baby jeans again. I am very happy about that! So in 23 days I've gone from a tight 14/16 to a tight 12!
