  1. EXCELLENT P2-Friendly South Carolina BBQ Sauce (with the right changes)

    I took this recipe and left out the butter and soy sauce and it is amazing!!! You could also use stevia instead of splenda if you want. I'm so happy to have a sauce other than plain mustard!!

  2. Experiment FAIL--But I'm So Happy about My Discovery!

    Alright, my last blog I was writing about this "Correction Day Experiment" I was attempting in order to get 5 pounds below LDW. It was going really well. I was doing a CD of some kind every other day, but then I just LOST it, and started eating a lot..almost binging. It was scary for me, because I am in recovery from eating disorders, and I hadn't really been in that place for a while.

  4. Thinking About Another Round....Hmmmmmm...

    I said my previous round of HCG would be my last. But here I am, after the holidays, hovering around 2 lbs up from LDW. Not bad. But the problem is that I really wanted to work at getting below LDW by about 5 pounds, and obviously that hasn't happened. I finished the last round the end of October, so I've been at this weight for a while, and I think I want to see about 10 pounds less.

    I'm trying to decide if HCG is the way to go to drop the last 10...or if I should just exercise ...

  6. Because Everyone in the World Should Taste This...

    Lemon Truffles...have you heard about them? Now, many people will say they can eat these on P2 and lose (sort of like some can lose with cocoa crack). I have never had them on P2, but I LOVE them on P3 and P4. I mean, these are fabulous. Here's the link where I found the recipe: http://www.loseit4ever.com/hcg-lemon-truffle. Note: I roll these in raw, unsweetened shredded coconut, and I have to hide them from my husband and kids. They are THAT good, and coconut oil is soooo good for you!

  7. My P3 Thanksgiving Dessert Plans!

    Just found this in another forum....doesn't it sound divine?!? I was going to make a pumpkin cheesecake I made last month and loved, but I think I'll try this instead. It reminds me of that devilish Paula Dean Butter Cake that someone brought to Thanksgiving last year. It was soooo yummy and soooo sugary. Not going there this year!

    I've cleared almonds and almond butter, so I should be okay with a small portion of this. Who am I kidding? I'll probably eat 2 pieces and do a Fage Day ...

  9. Attention P3ers: Starbucks Sugar Free Peppermint Mocha Breve is AH-MAZING!

    I just have to share the news with all people who are on the sugar-free path. Starbucks just brought back the sugar free mocha, and it is soooo much tastier than it was a few years ago when they tried one. They now have an actual mocha sauce in it. I can't even tell you how delicious it is. Ask for the Breve which is using half-and-half instead of milk for less carbs. I was a crazy person and had two Tall sf peppermint mochas yesterday (one in the morning and one during a meeting there at night), ...

  10. R3 P3 D1 Ready to Stabilize FOR Good!

    Well, I haven't been feeling very "bloggy" lately, but I wanted to update, because I'm in P3 today and I met my goal--the weight number and the size 6 I was hoping for. I'm a little nervous about stabilizing, but I know without a doubt the method works if you do it correctly. I stabilized perfectly after Round 1, and I followed P3 and P4 rules.
