Meal Plans for today

So for breakfast I had my (3) 10 oz cups of water plus my coffee.

Snack: half of a half grapefruit

My lunch came out pretty good.
I had tilapia with cayenne pepper and A LOT of garlic powder and I sprinkled a little water on it and crushed my melba toast and sprinkled that on top of the fish and placed it in the broiler. I ate with some celery sticks and I can really say that it was satisfying.

Dinner:
Grilled chicken and spinach leaves. -I can't remember if I can have another piece of melba toast---anyone knows this answer?

OH and LOTS AND LOTS of water!

    Mmmmm, broiled tilapia! Love it! I also poach it in a little water mixed with lemon juice, love it! Might have to make that for dinner tomorrow night!

    I thought you could have another Melba toast or grissini bread stick with dinner if you already had one for lunch. I have been anyway, so hopefully someone who knows for sure responds so we both know

    @nmh190 I hope so because I plan on eating a piece with dinner tonight.
