I was wondering if I could possibly have a question answered by someone. If this site is not for this type of question. No worries. My misunderstanding. I am not sure how blogs work

I was simply looking for advice on the following question...

Hello,

I am currently taking HCG and I am losing weight. I have lost almost 40 lbs in 80 days. However, I have been reading that one should not be on HCG for more than 40 injections. I am on injection number 76. My coach tells me that it is OK to take HCG until I reach my goal weight without breaks. When I questioned this (concerned about immunity to HCG) she asked if I was ever pregnant? I said "yes." Then she told me I could take it safely for 9 months. What are your thoughts?

    TessI am just starting back on hcg--havent done in years. I am starting vlc day tomorrow after two days of loading. I joined the group of january loaders--Leez's lovely ladies tbread. I purchased a 56 day supply of hcg before beginning. Mixed only one bottle of hcg and was planning to do a 56 day cycle. Leez, a coach suggested not doing more than 40 days at a time. She said if on injections it might mess with immunity and make more rounds difficult. People doing more than the 30-32 days sare encouraged to skip one day a week of injecting so you don't develope immunity. So I've changed my mind and will definitely only do a 40 day round, then transition to P3 for 3 weeks, and back to another round--I'm sure I'll need to do at least 2 rounds, want to lose 45-50 lbs. You might like to go to another thread and talk to a veteran coach. Hope this helps.

    Hello Dubbles,

    Thank you so much!! I actually stopped the injections on January 1st and basically stopped responding to my coach because she has been insistent about continuing my injections. I have had very little fluctuation in weight. I am pleased that I am maintaining my current weight. I am planning on starting up after a month and doing another 40 days. I am hoping that I will be able to lose another 20 lbs and reach my goal weight.

    Congrats on your losses! And good luck in P3. Would love to hear how that is going . P3 is wonderful food wise, but was often tricky for me. Hope it goes great for you!

    Thank you really much!! After the first of the year, I stopped responding to my coach because she insisted that I keep up with the injections.
